Chain of Title Summary

Description

The Revenue Object(s) panel on the Chain of Title Summary screen shows you how many same-day transfers there are. In the Same Day Transfer column, a Y indicates a same-day transfer.

NOTE: When multiple PINs are involved, they are listed in PIN order. Once the sequence number is fixed, the list is NOT resorted nor is the Same Day Transfer Flag removed.

Steps

  1. On the Chain of Title Summary screen, click the Pencil icon to edit the sequence numbers as needed in the Chain of Title panel.
  2. Click Save in the Command Item bar.
  3. Click Next to open the Beneficial Interests screen.
