Functional Calendar Holidays

Navigate: ClosedConfiguration > Localization > Functional Calendar Holidays

Description

Functional calendar holidays are used to identify non-working days in addition to weekends for a functional calendar. You can configure functional calendar events so that if one falls on a non-working day, the calendar can move it to the previous or next work day. This task defines how the date of any given holiday will be determined for each functional year.

Steps

  1. Click Configuration > Localization > Functional Calendar Holidays.

  2. In the Maintain Functional Calendar Holidays screen, make a selection from the Select functional year drop-down list.
  3. In the Holiday grid, you can add an event to your functional calendar, permanently override an event date, and edit or delete an existing event.
  4. Click Save, then click Close to end the task.

Tips

Click Common Actions > Calendar Maintenance to open the View Functional Calendars screen.

Dependencies
