Attachment Association

Navigate: Configuration > Attachment Association > Attachment Association Search > Attachment Association

Description

Use this screen to define the parameters for the associated attachment entities and select from the results to associate the Aumentum Tax entity to the attachment.

NOTE: The search results, selections, and panels displayed vary depending on the Search By defined. The following describes a sample search and association for Tax Authority Group. Your results may vary.

Steps

1. Select an Object Type from the Search By field to display the available parameters in the Documents panel.

2. Select the applicable Document Search from the drop-down list in the panel.

3. Define the applicable association parameters, for example, for a Search By Tax Authority Group and a Document Search by TAG Search, the parameters available are Effective Year, External ID, Short Description and TAG Type. You can optionally define one or more of the available parameters.

4. Click Search.

5. Select from the results in the Search Results panel to populate the Associate Attachment panel.
   
   NOTE: The options for selecting from the results vary, depending on the previous parameters defined.

6. Click Associate to associate the selected item to the Aumentum Tax entity

• Click Remove on the line item in the panel to remove the association.

• Click List to return to the Attachment Association Search screen.
