Description

Build Evidence Packet uses pre-defined Rules (see Rules Maintenance) to identify which template should be used for each Case or Account identified for the Batch Report generation. An individual Evidence Packet will generate for each Case/Account identified.

Steps

Accessing Build Evidence Packet provides the following controls:

  • Finish button: once required parameters are provided will navigate to Batch Manager to process the Evidence Packet generation(s).
  • Close button: will return the previous page in focus with no Batch generation.

Define Batch Packets options are:

  • Evidence Packet Type dropdown: selection is required. Options are:
    • Evidence Packet by Case
    • Evidence Packet by Account
  • Schedule At defaults to the date and time Build Evidence Packet by Batch is accessed. Another date and time may be entered to schedule the Batch Process for a future time.
    • Select the date from the calendar icon, or enter the date manually to identify the date Batch Process generation will queue based on the parameters and data identified.
    • Select time from the clock icon, or enter the time manually to identify the time the Batch Process generation will queue based on the parameters and data identified.
  • Quick Search dropdown: As the Case number (or Account number) is entered, matching criteria will be available for selection in the dropdown. Mark a row by clicking on it.
  • Add button: will move marked rows to the Selected Cases (or Accounts) grid.
  • Add Cases(s) from Search button: This will appear as Add Account(s) from Search when Evidence Packet Type is By Account. Case Management Search is provided allowing the user to search various criteria, selecting one or many Cases (or Accounts) to Add to the Selected Cases (Accounts) grid on Next. Multiple searches and selections will build the Selected list until all criteria necessary for the Batch Generation are identified.

Selected Cases Grid provides information allowing the user to confirm the intended selections are what is selected. Columns options may be accessed by clicking the three-stacked dots on any column. Selection will allow the user to uncheck (or check) columns to exclude/include in the visible results. Column options provided:

  • Actions column: Available for all Packet types. Trashcan icon, allows the user to remove the row from the Batch Generation.
  • Group Number column: Available for By Case criteria. Group numbers associated to the identified cases
  • Case Number column: Available for By Case criteria. Case numbers added are identified.
  • Case Party column: Available for By Case criteria. Case Party associated to the identified cases.
  • Case Mailing Address column: Available for By Case criteria. Case Mailing Address associated to the identified cases.
  • Account column: Available for By Account criteria. Account numbers added are identified.
  • Situs Address column: Available for By Account criteria. Situs addresses associated to the identified accounts.
  • Class Code column: Available for By Account criteria. Class Codes associated to the identified accounts.
