Description
Manage configuration settings specific to the scheduler using the CM Configuration - Codes task.
-
Center Code – Used to establish main grouping elements for scheduling and reporting such as quick identification of set/set types, high-level classification for scheduling consideration, and skills identification.
-
Hearing Code – Used to identify classification(s) of PIN types that can be heard together. The Hearing Code definition also provides additional configuration of weighting and durations that determine priority of placement/consideration of PINs within cases, and cases within sets. Duration definitions allow the scheduling tool to adequately designate specified times for hearings.
In addition, the Override tab allows you to link a PIN(s) to automatically route to a specific hearing code.
