Step 4 - Availability Validation
Navigate: Case Management
> Calendars > Scheduling
Wizard
Description
The Step 4 - Availability Validation screen is a visual representation of results rendered by the scheduling engine as matches with predefined Availability and provides a validation summary of counts based on validation results being available.
-
Total Sets Pass – Total number of sets passing validation.
-
Total Hearing Count – Total number of hearings.
-
Total Hearing Values – Total noticed value amount for all PINs included within the hearings/sets.
-
Total Estimated Duration – Total amount of time (in hours and minutes) estimated for the hearings/sets passed.
NOTE: At this point, there is no indication of what the availability match is, only that there is a match. The time considered for the availability is locked at this step until the scheduling process is cancelled, or tentative scheduling is complete.
Steps
-
In the Selection Results screen, select one or more cases.
Optionally, click the arrow to the right of the checkbox to see related Hearing Information (read-only).
NOTE: The Account column displays either the PIN or AIN, depending on your application setting for RPA and PPA. Multiple accounts may represent a single row from grouping, as indicated by an asterisk after the account number.
-
Click Next to continue to Step 5 - View Tentative Schedule.
-
Click Previous to return to the previous screen.
-
Click Close to end the task.
Tips
Availability may include multiple types of resource availability. The Scheduling Wizard provides the ability to identify a meeting Organizer and meeting Participants. Only one resource is established as the meeting Organizer, with other resources established as meeting Participants. The availability to all resources involved in a schedule are blocked from further scheduling considerations. The set scheduled will appear as an appointment against the meeting organizer (see Step 5 - View Tentative Schedule), providing a listing of all meeting Participants in the hover-over detail.
Block Scheduling only:
-
When a Location has a partially filled schedule based on availability that meets selected criteria, it is filled to capacity before empty Locations are considered.
-
When multiple locations are specified in Step 1, Aumentum builds the schedule by filling the first room on the first day, then filling the second room on the first day , and so on.
-
Appraiser availability is not considered when the Appraiser checkbox in Step 1 is unchecked. When a case has an assigned Appraiser, the hearing is created regardless of availability established for that Appraiser.
