A summary of the results is shown at the top of the screen.

  • Total Estimated Duration – Total amount of time (in hours and minutes) estimated for the duration of the hearings/sets being considered for scheduling.

  1. Select one or more hearing sets from the Selection Results section. At least one selection is required to continue.

Optionally,  click the arrow to the left of the Party column to show additional information.

NOTE: The Account column displays either the PIN or AIN, depending on your application setting for RPA and PPA. Multiple accounts may represent a single row from grouping, as indicated by an asterisk after the account number.

  1. Click Next to continue to Step 3 - Date Criteria.

    • Click Previous to return to Step 1 - Session/Case Type.

    • Click Close to end the task.

Tips

Sets are listed and considered by your Prioritize By selection in Step 1.

  • If prioritized by Appraised Value, sets with the top Total Value are listed at the top, descending in value through the sets grouped for hearing.

  • If prioritized by Received Date, sets containing the oldest submitted appeal(s) will be listed at the top, followed by sets with newer received appeal date(s). Changing the sort order on this screen does not change the process order the Aumentum Platform uses to identify matches of availability.

Block scheduling is a method that identifies the number of hearings that can be scheduled in a standard work day for block method type of scheduling. This method may not apply to your jurisdiction.

  • View suggested date/times in the Manual Scheduling tool that coincides with availability definitions established by the Clerk of the Board (California).

  • Mass schedule hearings using suggested dates/times via the Scheduling Wizard.
