Export Data Service Results

Description

This task can be used to export the results that are returned from a data service. It can be run immediately for smaller results sets or scheduled to run at a later time for those result sets that will generate a larger set of data.

Steps

  1. On the Export Data Service Results screen, make a selection from the Data Service drop-down list.
  2. In the Parameters panel, enter or select an Effective Date, the maximum number of rows you want to include, and criteria.
  3. In the Result Columns panel, select or clear the checkbox for each column name you want to display or hide in the results.
  4. Enter a batch name for the export.
  5. In the Schedule panel, enter or select the starting date and time.

    6. OR

    Select the Recurring Schedule checkbox.

    • Specify a daily or monthly occurrence and time of day.
    • Enter or select a start date and an end date.
    • Click Finish.
