Navigate: ClosedCase Management > Batch Processes > Agency > Agency Maintenance

Description

Use this screen to define any details for batch updates to agency-account relationships.

Steps

  1. On the Agency Account Relationship Batch Update screen, select Daily Run to define a specific day (default) or select Single Run to define a date range for the batch process update to occur.

  2. Schedule the scheduling option; if you select Recurring schedule, additional fields are available to define the specific dates/times; or accept the Schedule at current date default or define it.

  3. Click Finish to submit the process to Info Center > Batch Processes > Monitor Batch Processes screen. When finished, select the process to advance to the View Batch Process Details screen from which you can select any reports/output generated as part of the process.

    • Click Close to end the task.
