Here is a flowchart of Mailing Types Setup. Common Actions only if critical to completing the task. Obvious actions, such as Save, Previous and Close, are not  included in the flowchart unless necessary to follow a flow path.

Description

Set up mailing types required to select the correct address when printing notices, bills, and reports for business accounts, locations, licenses, and trust taxes in Aumentum Business Revenue. Specific examples include Business License Payment Due Notice and Trustee Late Filing Notice.

Steps

  • Associate the event category and event type with the mailing type on the Set Up Mailing Types screen.

Prerequisites
Configuration Menu

  • Aumentum event category and Aumentum event type are systypes provided for you. No additional setup is required.

  • Set up the Correspondence Type for Records systypes to associate with the Business Revenue events which involve mailings.
