Assessment Reallocation

Navigate: ClosedAsmt Admin > Assessment Reallocation

Description

Define the percentage of allocations for the parent PIN by defining the PINs, the total allocation of the parent, in percentage, and enter a description. Optionally add additional allocations.

Steps

  1. On the Assessment Reallocation Parent PIN Selection screen, enter the parent PIN and click Next.

    OR

    • Click Advanced Search.
    • On the Records Search for Revenue Object screen, enter your search criteria and click Search.
    • On the Records Search Results for Revenue Object screen, click to select a PIN. You automatically return to the Assessment Reallocation Parent PIN Selection screen.
    • Click Next.
  2. On the Assessment Reallocation screen, accept the Number of Allocations or enter more to add PIN panels to the screen.

  3. Click Add Legal Party to add the parent legal party to the PIN 1 panel.

  4. Click in the % of Parent field to define the percentage.

    • Optionally click Edit on the row to advance to the Records Maintain Legal Party screen for the purpose of maintaining legal party information.

  5. Define the details for PIN 2 in the Pin 2 panel as for the parent pin in the PIN 1 panel.

  6. Click Save.

    • Click Close to end the task.
